I caught a glimpse of the projection space on Monday. It is a massive limestone wall in downtown DC. Amidst the autumn colours a 20,000 lumen projector will fire the animated artwork from the roof of a neighbouring building. The scene is quite exquisite!
Think hot chocolate, fine company and pizza!
For those of you not quite in the vicinity… you can grab a glimpse of the work on my brand NEW website! Under the film tab, second last piece on the right. Enjoy : )

doreese asked: Are you using a lomo action sampler camera??
i use a combination of iphone camera apps, sometimes even using them to layer effects over the effect of the previous one i’ve saved out ;) my top favs have to be quad camera (lomo-esque effects), tilt shift generator, camera bag (some awesome retro effects), and panolab!

Shooting Pete’s next panorama of New York City from the rooftop of a friends warehouse apartment in Willamsburg. We’re always thinking of the next project(s) and working towards making it happen!
Taken from the rooftop of Kerry’s apartment block with spectacular views over-looking Williamsburg across the river to NYC. Pete was using a special computer-motorised panorama tripod. You program the beginning & end-points of the frame and let it do its magic!
On the rooftop of Kerry’s Willamsburg apartment, NYC shooting a panorama w/Pete Longworth. The massive eye in the far left frame is part of a crow spray-painted on the water tower. I’ll have to post some other pics of it so you can see it all.
This looks amazing! Can’t wait till Pete & I get to shoot the Panorama of NYC! (thanks for sharing this House of NYC)(via houseofnyc)
